INFORMATION FOR OUR CUSTOMERS
I understand that this is a very uncertain and unprecedented time for all of us. I would like to reassure my customers that, whilst I still remain open for online orders, I will only continue to operate within the Government guidelines, which as we have all seen is changing almost on a daily basis.
At this time I have access to a postal box where I will still be able to post orders that are no larger than the Royal Mail Large letter sized parcel. This is to ensure that I am not taking any unnecessary trips to the nearest Royal Mail shop to ensure I do my part to limit contact with others during this vital time of social distancing.
Because of this you may find some of our items are currently unavailable until I can ensure they can be posted safely with a courier or via the main Post Office desk.
I would like to assure you that I am adhering to the strictest of hygiene habits whilst storing, prepping, making and packaging your orders. I do advise as standard that you clean your teething toys and jewellery before use and now more than ever I would advise that you do so to ensure your products are as clean as they can be before your child uses them. Just as we are being advised to wash our hands regularly and to clean surfaces, we advise that you extend this to any toys or teething jewellery that will be going near your child's mouth as a point of habit.
